2. Scheduling
Profound and targeted counseling takes time. Yes, it is good if you prepare as much as possible, but most of the time we notice on site additional important thing which need also to be considered, which is why we also arrange on-site appointments.

3. Your consultation
We will pay you a visit and discuss the requirements of your lighting system together with you on site. The consultation is free in any case, but that doesn’t mean that it is worthless or doesn’t cost anything for us.
For this reason, we are happy if you provide us in your own interest as active as possible with information so that we are able to make you a sound offer.
4. The offer
Based on the consultation, we create a profound offer with a corresponding simple cost efficiency analysis.
5. The order
Based on your requirements and our offer, we determine the necessary illuminants, set a range for the installation ( usually as a fixed price offer for a better predictability of the costs) and create the exact order schedule. After these determination we start producing your products.
6. Production
We produce your products regarding your requirements in our manufacturing facilities in Shenzhen, always with the premise to use the highest quality components and state of the art developments.
7. Delivery/Installation
Depending on the product, we will install your lights approx.. 6-8 weeks after commissioning by our trained lighting specialists or our certified partners for installation at your location.
Safety by 5 years warranty
After installation we grant a year warranty on almost all products, e.g. defective products will be picked up on our cost, repaired promptly or in case a fixing is not possible, you will receive a replacement.
